Yes.  Fayette Twp has received state grants ($675,000 when they approved the first Heartwood Solar Project).  They will also see a portion of the Personal Property Tax for all solar equipment during the 25-30 years of operation. And, if the trend continues, they can expect more "donations" and "contributions" to public schools in the area.
